TECHNICAL CONSULTING - PREORDER STAGE

We are projecting various requirements and tonnage requirements for basic casting production such as iron-steel alloys. At this stage, we determine the customer needs, answer the questions, create the production method within the technical requirements and choose the most suitable and economical foundry. This implies, in all respects, the handling of project management issues and the determination of project success criteria.

DESIGN

Using CAD software we design 3D images of the parts, analysis of load distribution, in order to increase pre and post production productivity and create product quality at highest level; we plan every single step and with support of casting simulation software we eliminate possible pre-casting mistakes.

PRODUCTION STAGE

Up to delivery; we monitor the progress of the project, time management, order status, quality control and regulatory activities in a systematic way. We report critical milestones during production to ensure that the order is completed in time and economically, ensuring communication between the foundry and the customer.

QUALITY CONTROL

We perform NDT (Non-Destructive Testing’s) material tests independent and licensed organizations and share the results instantly with our customers, enabling us to cast materials according to the desired criteria.

SERVICE & SUPPORT

We provide installation and after-sales technical service, periodical maintenance contracts for foundry equipment - master sand recovery machines. With our spare parts store and local service; we provide fast - flexible and economical solution to technical problems.
